Antonella Bruno founded MoveOn Agency in 2013 with the aim of responding to the growing demand for major brands to develop ideas through the performing arts. To offer an outstanding set of talents she has also curated an educational project, the Performing Arts Academy, inaugurated in 2015, which today boasts prestigious collaborations. Her ten-year-long tenure as director at the Mas Milano and her artistic training has contributed to the uniqueness of her vision and expertise.

Valentina Menarini together with Antonella Bruno gave life to the MoveOn project and, since 2015, she has been managing the Agency division. She has built solid relationships with the media, has been growing the customer portfolio and organizing major events. The formative years between London and Geneva contributed to making her an international profile.

Creative Director at MoveOn, with a degree in literature and philosophy, he trained first as a contemporary dancer and then as a choreographer at the Biennale Danza in Venice. Through a constantly evolving aesthetic, he interprets and elaborates the concepts to tell the identity of a brand through art.

Ernald trained as a professional dancer and performer by attending the prestigious Codarts in Rotterdam and the Piccolo Teatro in Milan where he specialized with a Master in Theater Education. He works in developing creative projects for theatrical and television productions.

The ten-year experience in the teaching sector as development and coordination in the performing arts field, make her a high-profile professional for our company. She has developed managerial skills over the years and matured a strong attitude in planning artistic initiatives and projects. She coordinates our Academy students acting as a bridge that combines school and work, giving them the possibility for internships during their three years program.

Elisa has been actively collaborating in MoveOn Agency projects since 2015. Her artistic training in Milan and many years of work experience in London have proved her skill in coordinating casting and supporting the organization of events.
